In an effort to enhance our Customer Service, we are offering our customers three delivery options. Customers now have the option of:

• 6 - 8 Day Service (Ground Delivery, FREE for orders over $75)
• 3 - 4 Day Service (Expedited Delivery)
• 1 - 2 Day Service (Express Delivery, Next Day Service)

** Coupons are not usable for Cures by Avance, DCL, DermaQuest, emerginC, IS Clinical, Jane Iredale, La Roche-Posay, NuFace, SkinMedica, or Zeno products.

** Packages exceeding 3 (three) pounds will ship by ground service only, unless you opt for Express Delivery**

** Signature is required for all orders over $200 USD **

** All PO Boxes, Military (APO/FPO) addresses, Alaska, and Hawaii ship by Priority Mail only.

Back-Ordered Items:
Occasionally some items may be temporarily back-ordered. The entire order will be processed and shipped when back-ordered items are available.

If the back-ordered item is on extended delay through the manufacturer, we will remove the item from your order, issue an in-house credit for that amount, and ship the remainder of the order to you at an upgraded shipping method at no additional cost to you.

Customers will be notified via email within 1 (one) business day if a product is Out of Stock.

International Orders:
Canadian Orders: All orders ship by USPS Global Express Mail with a flat rate shipping charge of $15.00 (USD). Orders exceeding $200 (USD), will only pay $5.95 (USD) for their shipping. Please make sure to enter your Province as well as your City in the appropriate fields on the billing/shipping page. You may enter and process your credit card real-time online without having to call in your payment information directly to us.

International customers (exception: Canada) may place orders online but must call in their credit card information directly to us at 1-800-393-3848.

The billing address entered must match the address that is reflected on your credit card statement. We perform address verification on all charges and if this information does not match what is on file with the credit card company, the transaction will be declined. If the transaction is declined, you will be contacted via email by Customer Service and will need to provide a copy of your statement with the credit card number and address to authorize the transaction. You will only need to do this once and then every time you use that credit card with us, the order will be authorized.

Note:
The following product lines are prohibited from being shipped outside the United States: Cellex-C, Exuviance, MD Forte, Neostrata, Obagi, DCL, DermaQuest, IS Clinical, Jane Iredale, La Roche-Posay, Neova, ProCyte, SkinCeuticals, and Wilma Schuman. These lines have not been available for distribution outside of the United States in the past due to Federal Regulations and this will not change. With NO exceptions will these product lines be shipped out of the United States.

Shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the package and the destination. The shipping charge will be added to each International order upon receipt by WWWEnterprise, Inc. All International customers must contact us with payment arrangements. Our current cart system will not allow International orders to be finalized online.

* Circadia products do not ship to the following US States: Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan.

* Please check information carefully, errors in billing or shipping information will delay delivery of your products. Errors must be reported immediately to info@WWWEnterprise.com.
